When you hire a VA, your name and contact information are shared with that VA to facilitate the working relationship.
VA profiles including name, photo, voice recordings, resume, skills, and reviews are visible to subscribed clients on the platform.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ERA, our users, or others.
Required for the platform to function — keep you logged in and remember preferences. Cannot be opted out of while using ERA.
We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the platform. Data is aggregated and anonymous. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, secure cloud storage via Supabase, payment processing through Stripe only, and password hashing.
