Elite Remote Agent ("ERA") operates eliteremoteagent.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

  • Account registration: Name, email, phone, and password.
  • Billing: Payment information processed securely through Stripe. We never store card numbers.
  • VA applications: Name, photo, resume, voice recordings, work history, education, and skills.
  • Contact forms: Name, email, phone, and message content.
  • Platform activity: VA browsing, hire offers, messages, training completions, and KPI entries.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, and clicks.
  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, IP address.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information we collect to operate the platform, process payments, match clients with VAs, send transactional emails, provide support, analyze usage to improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your information for third-party advertising. ERA is ad-free. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

3. Information Sharing

With VAs You Hire

When you hire a VA, your name and contact information are shared with that VA to facilitate the working relationship.

With Subscribed Clients

VA profiles including name, photo, voice recordings, resume, skills, and reviews are visible to subscribed clients on the platform.

With Service Providers

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Supabase — secure database and file storage
  • Email providers — transactional emails
  • Analytics providers — anonymous usage data

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ERA, our users, or others.

4. Cookies & Tracking

Essential Cookies

Required for the platform to function — keep you logged in and remember preferences. Cannot be opted out of while using ERA.

Analytics Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the platform. Data is aggregated and anonymous. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, secure cloud storage via Supabase, payment processing through Stripe only, and password hashing. While we implement strong security, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. We will notify you promptly if a breach occurs.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal information. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@eliteremoteagent.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

ERA is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us their information, contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and on the platform at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
